Over 5,500 visitors at the Paris edition of MENART FAIR at the Palais D’Iena
Over the weekend of 15th, 16th & 17th of September, Zalfa Halabi Art Gallery participated at the MENART FAIR in Paris at the prestigious Palais D’Iena with 6 Lebanese artists. The gallery showcased a selection of artworks in diverse mediums ranging from analog photography, collage art, hyper-realistic painting, abstract painting, performance painting and wall mounted ceramics by artists: Semaan Khawam, Yasmina Hilal, Simon Mhanna, Salwa Eid, Carla Habib & Zeina Aboul-Hosn.

“I see me in you”, is a phrase commonly uttered by parents in Lebanese households. It can be interpreted as both praise and a literal reflection of one female figure in another. This exhibition stems from the desire to pay homage to the influential Lebanese women in our society who have empowered us throughout our lives.
